Nadine provides individual and couples therapy. She is trained as a Daring Way Facilitator, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Emotion Focused Therapist, and Gottman Therapist. She brings years of experience in education and mental health. She was a high school teacher with Medicine Hat School District and a Mental Health Therapist with Alberta Mental Health.

Clients will explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness and examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that hold them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way they live, love, parent, and lead. Nadine also uses the theories of John Gottman and Sue Johnson for couple’s therapy since they provide practical, research-based tools to strengthen and repair marriages and relationships.

She partners with Insurance Companies, Veteran's Affairs Canada,  CBI Health and WCB Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia to                                                             provide psychological services to workers who are experiencing difficulty returning to work due to injury.
